Hassle-Free Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days for all US orders. International returns subject to shipping fees.
At Labubu Merch, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Step 2: We’ll email a prepaid return label (US) or instructions (international)
Step 3: Package items securely and ship within 7 days
Step 4: Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving return
3. Refund Details
Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective items. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
4. Exchanges
- We currently offer size/color exchanges only for apparel
- Must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Subject to availability – if unavailable, we’ll issue a refund
5. Damaged/Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll send a replacement immediately (no return needed)
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Face masks (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized/custom items
- Clearance/final sale items (marked as such)
Note: We cannot refund the original shipping cost for international orders. Refunds will exclude any import taxes/duties paid.
